When you pay by card, we save that card with our card processor, Authorize.net, so you don't have to enter it again.

What we may charge

Amounts you owe under your agreement other than your regular monthly payment, for example a past-due balance or a fee in your agreement.
When we charge your saved card ourselves, never more than the amount then due, plus the 3% card fee. A payment you make yourself is the amount you choose.
Your card is never used for your regular monthly payments.

When we charge it

Only when an amount is due and unpaid under your agreement. Each charge is the amount then due, plus the 3% card fee. We text and email a receipt every time.

Stopping it

To remove your card, email [email protected]. We stop using it within 2 business days. Removing it doesn't change what you owe.
